		<description>Definitely helpful advice for organizations. I see so many making these mistakes--whether out of inexperience or because they have the misguided idea that they must reach lots of people to build a community. (Nothing could be further from the truth.) 

I especially dislike when folks use auto DMs or ask questions that seem, at first, like genuine attempts at two-way conversation but really aren&#039;t.

It astounds me that so many don&#039;t understand &quot;basic human relationships,&quot; as you put it.
