Personal branding, as it should be, are the messages you provide your potential or current employers in multiple formats through multiple channels describing, promoting and hopefully reinforcing your value proposition. I do care about your personal brand if it correctly and effectively represents how you meet my or my organization's needs. I agree with Luigi.
