We encourage our whole team to get involved under our code of participation guidelines.  Hope we can all make some strategic, useful noise.  Thanks for covering this tool.</description>

		<description>Interesting, I immediately integrated Disqus into my sites believing in this concept of following comments.  However, I was always slightly disappointed when responding on a site without Disqus commenting. This appears to be a solution to that.</description>
