Qui,

Wow, thanks for your kind words.

I find this project very exciting because it is a huge learning opportunity about stewarding community knowledge sharing using these new tools. Some interesting learning questions about working wikily ..

    * How are you contributing to people's feelings of responsibility to knowledge creation in the project?

    * What are our thoughts about the lifespan of our knowledge creation, since community knowledge is something that's constantly evolving?

    * How do we balance learning in action with need for more structured learning? Put another way, how do you balance quality with participation?

    * The community manager role here - is one part curator, one part network weaver, and one part tech steward. There's lot of learn about the nuances of what works and what doesn't.

We also have two audiences here that we're also balancing - the act of creation and learning together - is a group of nonprofit techies/trainers committed to helping nonprofits adopt socially media in a responsible way. No shiny object syndrome allowed ...

Then there are the learners - people who participate in the workshops based on this content.

Thanks so much for your post and I invite you come join the community - and you readers. We're trying to stay in nonprofit silos and trying to learn from other sectors - a cross-disciplinary approach.

Thanks again ...
