Good visual post, however, I don’t think all PR professionals spew hot air, just as all social media evangelists are right.
I recall that when I want something from a company, often the fastest way to learn a fact is through the PR department. Those professional are skilled in communication and responding quickly.
This is isn’t another one of those debates about the marketing definition is it? :-)
